Issue:
I have used all licenses of my [OLD] F-Secure Internet Security or F-Secure Anti-Virus subscription. I'd like to release them so that they're available again.
Resolution:
A reset is normally not necessary, as each license can still be transferred to a new device through a new installation of the program. If all licenses are in use when you enter your subscription key during installation of [OLD] F-Secure Internet Security, you will receive a prompt informing you that you have the possibility of transferring licenses to your new installation.
If you are still getting into issues, kindly contact F-Secure support here so we can reset the subscription key at our end to release licenses that are no longer in use.
