I accidentally removed a sub-user from My F-Secure. How do I get the sub-user back?

Issue:

I tried to remove a license but ended up removing a sub-user. How can I add the sub-user back?

Resolution:

If a sub-user is removed, the licenses of the devices will be dropped automatically. You can reinvite the sub-user by adding a new device, choosing someone else's device and then inviting the same person back to the group. The sub-user can then re-add all the devices that were dropped by logging in to My F-Secure. If the password does not work, try resetting it.
