I have paid for F-Secure Internet Security Renewal, but I didn't receive the new license key
Resolution:
Please check if you have renewed a different product (like F-Secure SAFE) instead of F-Secure Internet Security, where the subscription is not activated by a code. Our customer support will assist you then in canceling the wrong order and renewing your current subscription
If the order for Internet Security has been paid already and you have not received the license key, please contact either Cleverbridge support or F-Secure customer support, and provide the following information to locate your payment:
- Paid from (bank account)
- Paid to
- Reference used
- Date of payment
- Amount
