Issue:
I'm using F-Secure Internet Security (old SAFE) and want to upgrade to F-Secure TOTAL
Resolution:
Note: You can perform the upgrade to F Secure TOTAL at any time.
To upgrade F-Secure Internet Security (old SAFE) to F-Secure TOTAL:
- Log in to your My F-Secure account http://my.f-secure.com
- Click Subscription
- Select Renew now or Buy more or Change plan
- Select F-Secure and go through the purchase process.
You can also upgrade F-Secure Internet Security (old SAFE) to F-Secure TOTAL by adding a F-Secure TOTAL retail code to your My F-Secure account.
To upgrade F-Secure Internet Security (old SAFE) to F-Secure TOTAL with a code:
- Log in to your My F-Secure account http://my.f-secure.com
- Close possible renewal notification
- Select Subscription
- Select I want to... under Manage your subscriptions headline
- Select Enter subscription code on the drop-down menu
- Select Enter subscription code
- Enter your F-Secure TOTAL code and select Continue
- Confirm the changes
Note that you should only use a code for the same device count or more as your current order currently includes to not lose any licenses.
You can contact F-Secure Customer Support if:
- If the option to upgrade to F-Secure Total is not available.
- If you wish to change your current number of licenses/license validity.
