I have renewed F-Secure subscription, but both My F-Secure account and the PC shows expiring or expired - F-Secure Community
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-version="10" data-article="000006854" data-id="issue">Issue:</h3> <p>I have renewed F-Secure Internet Security/ TOTAL/ ID PROTECTION/ Freedome VPN, but both My F-Secure account and the PC shows expired. I did renew via the correct account.</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p>Please check from your order confirmation if you got instructions to <b>Create My F-Secure account</b> or <b>Back to the My F-Secure Portal</b>. If you got the option to create an account, you have renewed outside your existing account. You can create a new account with a different email or contact customer support to see if your purchase can be transferred to your existing My F-Secure -account. <br><br>If the option is to go back to the portal and your account still shows expired or you have renewed with a subscription code, please contact <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.f-secure.com/en/home/support">F-Secure Support</a>.</p> <p>Article no: 000006854</p> </article> </main>
