Issue:
I have renewed my F-Secure product, but I did not receive a subscription code for F-Secure Internet Security / Antivirus in the order confirmation email. What should I do?
Resolution:
Please check from the order confirmation email what product you have bought. If the order confirmation email does not include a subscription code, you might have bought F-Secure SAFE or TOTAL instead of F-Secure Internet Security / Anti-Virus. If that is the case, then contact Customer Service if you want to keep F-Secure Internet Security.
If you want to change to F-Secure SAFE / TOTAL, follow these steps to create a My F-Secure account and install F-Secure SAFE on to your computer:
- Open the order confirmation email
- Click on: Create a My F-Secure account
- Create your F-Secure SAFE account
- Go to My F-Secure: https://my.f-secure.com/login
- Login with your email and password
- Click Add Device
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install F-Secure SAFE (This will remove F-Secure Internet Security from your computer and install F-Secure SAFE instead)
If you have not received any order confirmation email at all, contact F-Secure Customer Service.
