Issue:
I tried resetting my My F-Secure password but I did not get an email
Resolution:
If you are using F-Secure Internet Security you do not have an account on F-Secure SAFE portal, you manage your licenses with the license key you received when you bought the Internet Security subscription. However, if you do have F-Secure SAFE and can not reset your password, please contact customer support.
