Why does my F-Secure SAFE trial say that it's expired? Why does it not go away? - F-Secure Community

The trial subscription time ended and now after every computer start up, it get a notification asking me to renew my subscription. How to get rid of the notification? </p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p></p><p>The notification cannot be removed as it's automated to alert about the expired virus protection. If you do not want to buy a renewal subscription for the product, you can get rid of the notification by removing the F-Secure SAFE program from your computer. <br><br>On a Windows computer, you can remove the program using the Windows <b>Apps and features </b>functionality. <br><br>On a Mac OSX computer, follow these steps:</p> <ol><li>Open <b>Finder</b></li><li>Go to <b>Applications </b></li><li>Open the <b>F-Secure folder </b></li><li>Run the <b>Remove F-Secure </b>application</li></ol><p>Article no: 000022436</p> </article> </main>
