I can't add a device under my F-Secure SAFE account even though I have (a) license(s) left - F-Secure Community
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-version="3" data-article="000005287">Issue:</h3> <p></p><p>Trying to add my device under my F-Secure SAFE account, I get an error: "<i>F-Secure is not valid anymore. It belongs to another group</i>". The error message is "<i>40-83585221fdf1441ce</i>". Though, I still have free licenses of F-Secure SAFE . Also, the device I am trying to protect has been under another account previously but it is not anymore.</p> <h3>Resolution:</h3> <p>Make sure that:<br>- You don't have any other accounts of F-Secure that would have been installed on the certain device earlier.<br>- If needed, reinstall F-Secure SAFE from the device you are trying to protect.<br><br>If this does not work, please contact Customer Support.<br><br><br> </p> <p>Article no: 000005287</p> </article> </main>
