Resolution:

1. Click the bottom-left Start button to open the Start Menu, type control panel in the search box and select Control Panel in the results.
2. Enter "program" in the upper-right box, and then click Show which programs are installed on your computer from the search result.

3. Look for F-Secure SAFE

If F-Secure SAFE is listed there, it's installed on your computer. Open the program to confirm it and compare it with the devices listed under your main user in your My F-Secure account.
