I have resubscribed or have a new contract with Virgin Media, am I entitled for F-Secure SAFE 12 months trial again?

Issue:

1. I have renewed my contract back with Virgin Media, can I obtain F-Secure 12 months free trial again?
2. I have register back with Virgin with new account but still using the same email address, can I obtain F-Secure 12 months free trial again?

Resolution:

You are not able to register for the 12 months free trial for F-Secure SAFE again since you are using the same email address and account registered with Virgin Media. You are only entitled to a new F-Secure SAFE 12 months free trial account if Virgin Media created a new account with a new email address for you.
