I need to renew my F-Secure Internet Security / Anti-Virus subscription. Where do I get the code my F-Secure Internet Security program is asking when I press "renew"?
Resolution:
F-Secure Internet Security and Anti-Virus are renewed by entering a new subscription code into the program. When a new subscription code is entered, it will add the new subscription time on top of any remaining subscription time.
You need to purchase F-Secure Internet Security / Anti-Virus first, either by clicking Renew now when prompted on your computer or via our web site.
When you have made the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email. In the order confirmation email, you will find your new subscription code which you can enter into the F-Secure program on your computer.
