I have a valid F-Secure KEY subscription. How can I switch to F-Secure ID PROTECTION?
Resolution:
1. Your passwords in F-Secure KEY are safe and can be transferred to F-Secure ID PROTECTION if you want to take the new app into use. When you set up F-Secure ID PROTECTION for the first time, you can transfer the data stored in F-Secure KEY to F-Secure ID PROTECTION.
2. First you can take a 5-day trial and try out the app. F-Secure ID PROTECTION differs from F-Secure KEY in that you need to create a My F-Secure account. You can create the account installing the F-Secure ID PROTECTION app or on the website clicking on Try for free and registering there.
3. After taking a trial, if you wish to continue using F-Secure ID PROTECTION, you can transfer the data in F-Secure KEY to F-Secure ID PROTECTION.
