Assuming that your MAC address of the PC is connected to the product key. How to remove MAC addresses from the Product key, I've used 3/3. Bought 2 new PC (2 MAC adr) and need to clear out 2 slots for them.

    I need to call the service desk as I read another Q , wouldn't It be a effective Idea to add a release button behind your licensed PC status? No frustrations, no calls, wasting time.

    Problem was already solved, called the help desk and they reset ted my Key, b.t.w. the online chat and post page is bugged in IE and as in Chrome(doesnt load the form send page) that's the reason why I posted my question here.
