Changing email happens in F-Secures customer service.

You can call a phone or chat to get service.

On these global websites are phone numbers and service hours and also countries.

Hi Jon2Ti,

May I know which account are you referring to here? Is it the community account or is it any F-Secure product account?

Hi Jon2Ti,

We are unable to change your email address in the community account. For community account, you would just need to create a new account. Once this is done, we can deactivate the former account.
