Why does my freedome keep disconnecting and then reconnecting on my laptop?

Freedome connects and works fine, but at random, fairly frequent intervals, it disconnects and then reconnects quite quickly. This is frustrating because if i am in the middle of doing something (namely gaming for me) i loose connection to the server on a fairly regulat basis. Anyone know why this is and how to fix it?

    What kind of device you are having?

     

    Have you tested that your connection works fine without Freedome?

     

    Is Freedome re-connecting-issue happening no matter what location is set?

    My device is a toshiba laptop. The connection works fine without Freedome, and it does occur regardless of the location (and thanks for responding!)

    I've figured out why its happening now, no thanks to you. Its because the network i'm trying to use freedome on is already encrypted, and there are firewalls in place to prevent vpn software from working (which only works some of the time, apparently).
