Moving my Freedome license from one phone to another?

Hello

Can you tell me how to move my one of my freedome licences from one phone to a new one (both iOS), the app is no problem, it is the subscription code that is the problem! A have a 3-device purchase from F-Secure/CleverBridge.

Hi kasperlassen and Eb123,

Freedome has the license tranfer functionality but this is applicable only with Windows/Mac/Android versions. This functionality is yet to be available for the iOS version. However, in your case, do you have any other device apart from the iOS (like Mac/Android/Windows)? If yes, you can try to uninstall and reinstall Freedome on one of your other device which will inturn initiate the license transfer.

Before you try the reinstallation, please uninstall Freedome from your old iOS device so that it does not validate the license again when you initate the transfer.

I have new iphone and i reset the old iphone. I can't transfer the license now.

Hi @Eb123,

Do you have any other device apart from the iOS devices? If yes, please follow the method I mentioned in my above post to transfer the license. Since your old iPhone is reset, you can just install Freedome on your new iPhone after the license transfer.

Thank you for your help. I succeeded when I renewed the installation on my PC and then afterwards on my new iOS device. Kind regards Kasper
