Fix Asia Location (None of it work)

Hey admin, Appreciate your service. And it can't connect to Asia vpn, maybe your IP is blocked and you should change it constantly since some ISP take active effort to block vpn.

    May I know in which OS or device are you having this issue? Have you tried the other locations to see if Freedome connects fine apart from the asian locations? Could you let us which exact locations are unable to connect for you?

     

    Is there any error message seen when you try to connect to a particular location?

    The message is reading could not create Vpn connection.
    Most of your locations provide a solid connection, except for Asia, including Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore.
    It works the same with both windows and iOS.
    FYI, it is tested in China. obviously, the difference performance between locations says the problem. Someone is actively block Asian locations. So before you keep your customer safe online, you should protect your own service first.

    Hi Ply,

     

    We have received feedback that China is blocking the VPN connections actively, including Freedome. Unfortunately, our possibilities to prevent this are limited in these cases.
