can't switch off Freedome on iPhone

Freedome seems to prevent me accessing certain sites such as App Store and Weather Live. When I switch it off on iPhone, it comes back automatically. Rebooting the phone doesn't help. No problems on iPad or Mac.

  Problem solved. At least I can switch it off, but I still don't understand why it stops me accessing App Store on iPhone when iPad allows it. But anyway, immediate problem solved.
