cnn.com - can't open articles completely with Freedome enabled

in F-Secure VPN

to reproduce this issue:

go to cnn.com - click on an article  -scroll down till the "read more" button appears - after clicking on it, nothing happens. with freedome disabled, the rest of the article loads after clicking the button.

could you please pass this on to the right person?

    To get more information on this issue, may I know which browser you used for opening cnn.com? On which device (or OS) did you see this issue?

     

    What is the version of Freedome installed on your device?

    sorry, I am so stupid! I have seen this issue on iOS 9.1 and 9.2.

    It doesn't matter if there is an content blocker active or not.

     

    I am using the beta version 2.3.9 because of whatsapp, but after work I will check the appstore version 2.3.5

    the new appstore-version 2.3.10 does not work, the new beta version 2.3.11, too, iOS 9.2.

    could you please pass this on?

     

    also regarding the whatsapp issue: it works for some time, then after a while in standby, the iPhone can't access the internet anymore. VPN is active all the time, but there is no internet access. I tried different gateways.

    you have the switch freedome off and on again to make it reconnect.

    Sadly, in this state it is unreliable as you miss notifications etc when it is switched on.

    It seems therefore that the website is trying to track you down on the part that don't fully load and Freedome is providing the Tracking protection promised.

    If you think that this hinders the website usage, you can report it to our lab for review.

     

    Tick the   "I want to give more details about this sample and to be notified of the analysis results"

    And for URL Type select the "Freedome related issue or problem"
