Reinstallation after Reset - Iphone

How can I reinstall a multi-user license of Freedome after a reset of my Iphone - without losing one of the licenses?  I have seen other threads on this topic but none seem to be resolved.

    Hi MpQ,

     

    Please try to use your license code for the Freedome installation in your new device. It is not possible to transfer the license from one device to another at the moment. Our RND team is working on it.

     

    If you are facing any error during the validation of the Freedome with your current license, please let us know through the post. We will assist on the issue further.

    It is not on a new device.  It is on the same device (which was reset to factory settings).   So there is no error message.  This is a reasonable feature to ask for, as there are all sorts of reasons why a device OS has to be reinstalled.

    Is the Freedome license successfully validated on your device currently? Our RND team is working on this issue and I will also pass on the feedback to them.
