FREEDOME line speed reduction

My 10 Mb linespeed will be redused to 0,2 Mb after connecting FREEDOME and returned back to 10 Mb when FREEDOME is switched of.

This during the evenings when virtual location is set as ESPOO Finland.

Situation is somewhat better during the day.

Such speed reduction makes whole product useless.

    Hello Heha,

     

    Thank you for reporting that. Our teams are monitoring the bandwidth usage and they will increase the capacity where it is needed. 

     

    You posted in our Beta board, do you use the beta version of Freedome and if so which?
    If not I'll move your post to the Home Security\Freedome board.

    Have no idea about "beta" or current version. Downloaded it from net and updated always when available.

    My current virus protection package is Avast.

    No help from anywhere so far.

    Speed reduction now from 8,5 Mb to 1,6 Mb ,but will go to 0.2 - 0.4 later in the evening.

    We have also noticed very bad speed during last days from Spain to Finland.

    We were experiencing some network issues on our Espoo(Finland) virtual location. 

    Our teams are working to resolve this as fast as possible . Some changes have been already done and we are monitoring actively the situation.
