Low speed when connected to Finland

Is there bandwidth problems when connecting to a finnish network? Only getting 1-2 mbit/s at the moment

Without VPN 60-70 mbit/s

  There was some issue with one of our Finnish gateway, creating some slowness during the night. This should be now resolved. You most likely ended up on the problematic gateway.

   

  Could you confirm that you are now getting better performance?

  Im using freedome. My  network connection is slower when i keep it on? Im connected to finland. any reason for that?
