Freedom Installation error

Hi

When I install F-Secure Freedom (Home) I recieve this message.

What can I do?

    Did following the instructions provided in the second part of the error message helped resolve you problem?

    I Think this problem related to Freedom UI and computer VGA. My computer is a VM on ESX and server hasn't separate VGA.

    I install OpenGL also, but this problem not fix.

    Hello Cysec,

     

    VMWare has problems with OpenGL hardware acceleration and windows transparency support. You should enable or disable "3d hardware acceleration" in VMWare options before installing (if it does not work with enabled acceleration - disable it and vice versa, one of options usually works). It will allow it to install and try it out, but you still may have some artefacts on screen.
