reset password not working

Hi

I forgot my password to beta pages. I tried to reset it with 'i'd like to reset my password' -function, I received an email prompting to click to complete the request, but there is no hot link in your email. I'm using Saunalahti sähköposti webmail, tried with Opera and IE.
