API error "Invalid JSON payload"

I entered my email address on your webpage:  https://www.f-secure.com/en/fs-protection . After submission, I received the error response: {"status":"error","statusCode":400,"message":"Invalid JSON payload"}

I have tried this operation on both PC and mobile phone, and the same error appears every time after clicking send.

    Are you still having this problem?

    Any Adblockers, Scriptblockers in use? Are there any access restrictions for specific web resources on your network?

    I can easily reproduce it with disabling JavaScript in browser.

    And as I can remember (if I am not mistaken) - when manually block some globally-used resources or whatever I tried to introduce. Maybe something with recaptcha.

    Do you able to put there any email address with success? Or any attempt with mentioned output? Do you use anything specific with your devices, which may somehow 'tweak' network or sent packets or whatever?

    Just like I replied in other place.

    I am Chinese, and I have encountered the same situation. Later, I found out the reason: Google services are blocked in China, which prevents reCAPTCHA from loading.

    You can install the Gooreplacer extension, then
    click the blue "Edit" button, and enter ||www.google.com/recaptcha*/,wildcard,redirect
    transform:host=recaptcha.net/recaptcha
