No real cause. It may have been just a temporary hiccup.
Since then I get a notification that a connection to a safe WiFi network has been established about once a week or so.
The most likely reason for that is that Internet connection to the service proved was disconnected and reestablished. When the connection breaks then also there is no internet connection in the local LAN or local Wifi until the connection is reestablished.
