I suggest you
a) update to windows 11 & all latest updates (if possible)
b) reinstall F-secure (use uninstall tool if normal uninstallation does not work or help)

First, make sure your Windows updates are fully up to date. Also restart your computer (using the actual Restart function). If that doesn’t help, remove and reinstall F‑Secure on your computer with these instructions:
Before uninstalling: if you are using the password vault, make sure your passwords are also synchronized to another device so they won’t be lost.You can download the uninstallation tool directly from this link:
https://download.sp.f-secure.com/uninstallationtool/FsUninstallationTool.exe
- Click the FsUninstallationTool.exe file. You can find this file in the upper right corner of your browser window. You can also find it in your Downloads folder, which you can open by pressing CTRL + J at the same time.
- Click Run
- Click Remove all F‑Secure products and data
- Press Next
- After the process is complete, restart your computer (using the Restart function)
Once you have removed the old installation and restarted your computer, follow these instructions to install F-Secure again:
