Welcome to the F-Secure Community. Thank you for your post.
If nothing happens when you enter the code, it’s usually because of how the code is being redeemed.
Please try this:
- Go to My F-Secure account and log in
- Go to Subscription / Orders
- Enter the code there (not in the app)
Codes from stores like Elgiganten must be activated via the account portal first.
Also check:
- Code is typed exactly (no spaces/errors)
- Code hasn’t already been used
- You’re using the same email as your subscription
