Motorola Edge 60 Fusion - Manufacturer update prevents F-Secure use for the second time - need help
After every manufacturer update of the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion, F-Secure Total no longer starts. This happened for the second time yesterday. After the previous update from Motorola and reporting it via the app store, I was finally able to set up the software again just three days ago. What is going wrong?I need help!
By the way: The email address playstore@f -secure.com, which is listed in the Google Play Store, is not reachable. My email to this address was returned with a non-delivery message. What is the point of this address then?

Hello @MatzeP,
Thank you for your message, and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble after the recent update on your Motorola Edge 60 Fusion.
Sometimes after a manufacturer system update on Android, certain security permissions or system services may be reset. This can prevent F-Secure Total from starting correctly until the app is reconfigured or restarted.
Please try the following steps:
- Restart your device.
- Open the app settings for F-Secure Total and ensure all required permissions are enabled.
- If the issue continues, uninstall the app and reinstall it from the Google Play Store, then complete the setup again.
If the problem happens after every system update, we would like to investigate this further. Please contact our support team and include your device model, Android version, and the app version currently installed.
Regarding the email address listed in the Play Store, thank you for pointing this out. That address is intended for store-related contact, but we will check why your email was returned and correct it if necessary.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you resolve this.
