2 profiles - sharing same computer

Me and my wife are sharing same computer. But I can not find how I can make her a profile?
I can only add child. Also logged in to my F-Secure site, there I can only find how I add another device, and since I have only bought 1 device license, it says that I do not have any more licenses available. Where can I create new profile that will be used on same computer?

    I believe if you were looking to have a 2nd profile for your wife for her to have her own Login, Password Vault? you would need to buy another subscription for her to be able to do that.

    But, if you can wait until a Mod or an advanced user posts, they would have more specific information, I do not want to steer you wrong.

    You could also contact Chat support, where once you get past the initial prompts you can ask to chat with customer service (talk to a person), who will gladly help you out. You could copy and paste your post question in the Chat box to make it easier (it is worded very nicely). There is also the phone support option.

    Just some further thoughts about.

    Yes, if it is a subscription with a license for only one device, then there will only be one "active" device. So, if the license is already in use, you'll only be able to reuse it; or "remove" the old device and add a new one (with deactivation on the old device). In some situations, another user account, for example in Windows, will be treated as another device (like 'another installation').

    Most likely, there is no strict requirement to log into the app (I have not checked in a while, so sorry if I'm misleading). Most of the core functionality will work; protection and so things.

    However, if some extra features are required in another system user account (say, perhaps, ID Monitoring and maybe something else like Password Vault), then logging into the installed app is required. If you're given the option to create a child profile without taking away the "license" then it is a fine option.

    Child profile should be with Password Vault, Privacy VPN features. And, currently, stuff like 'Family Protection" is available for both adult-type and child-type F-Secure profiles.

    Other than the "name" of it - it is not much different between profiles. I do use on my own system/account a child profile (without any particular reason). Only ID Monitoring is not included in 'UI' or set of features; and "Devices and People" view where you can manage some stuff.

    I am not sure how much different can be for one-device subscription type. But if you can use F-Secure app in your system account - as you are using now, and in the second system account - use the 'child profile' - then this could help with the problem and give most of the functionality.
