FS Protection subscription expired

Unfortunately,repeated emails to beta@f -secure.com have not led to a response, or the subscription being renewed.
Unless there are problems with this email address (but let's assume that's not the case) - make sure you are sending the letter from your email address which is used in FS Protection (My FS Protection account). A delay of some working days is also quite acceptable.
As I imagine, upon receiving a letter from you, they will be able to connect this email address with an existing FS Protection account and renew the license accordingly (if expired or so). Maybe 'automated' (so, can be tricky if, for example, you just mentioned a proper email address in the body of letter instead of having it as a sender).
Also, try to check some odd situations like:
- if system/device is still supported (just in case);
- rebooting system's device (just in case if something 'pending'), not only 'shut down and turn on back', but 'actual' restart / reboot;
Thanks!

Would it be worth updating the fs-protection beta users website(https://www.f-secure.com/en/fs-protection) so that it has clear instructions on how to renew the beta license so that there is no need to guess this or that why renewing the license sometimes may take longer time or what are the criteria in order to get the renewing.

Hello,
Would it be worth updating the fs-protection beta users website(https://www.f-secure.com/en/fs-protection) so that it has clear instructions on how to renew the beta license so that there is no need to guess this or that why renewing the license sometimes may take longer time or what are the criteria in order to get the renewing.
Maybe.
But they do have an 'instruction' on the 'renewal' page that should be open when a beta user tries to click 'renew', or check subscription, or 'buy more' button.
It says at the end: ""If your subscription is not extended and your product expires, please create a bug report."" (// edited: which is actually a bit of an "outdated" page in itself; and more in tune with the previously used beta portal)
Just like that.
Also, there is a claim on the mentioned website: ""We reserve the right to remove inactive or passive test accounts without prior warning.""
Both points likely indicate that by submitting bug reports, your license will likely be renewed automatically. If this doesn't happen for an active beta user (or, well, even an inactive beta user), then some proactivity is required to express a desire to continue participating in the program.
Otherwise, there may be some cleaning in the system for those who have not expressed a request for account deletion, but still do not show activity as beta users.

In fact, I don't think that beta testers should send a bug report to renew their license, but rather a license renewal request and reference the license to be renewed, e.g. by license ID.If additional rights are needed for renewal and free and voluntary beta testing, they should be requested in the same context.
