I recently discovered that my subscription has expired and has not automatically renewed. Please assist me in resolving this.
I have the exact same issue. I sent three emails and sent a private note to F-secure. Have not yet received confirmation, or reply
Hope the email you send address is beta@f-secure.com,many beta-testers(win/mac)have managed to solve the expired licence issue by that way.
Unfortunately,repeated emails to beta@f-secure.com have not led to a response, or the subscription being renewed.
