If your phone is Android-based and supported (version, build, other specifications), then:

For instance, this guide is about how to uninstall app on your previous phone: Uninstalling the app from your device with a note about additional step to 'release'/'remove' unused device in My F-Secure portal either via web-portal (my.f-secure.com) or via related part of F-Secure application on any other device. This will help in a situation where all licenses (out of five) have already been used and there are no free ones for a fresh installation.
Although in general, most likely, if all licenses are already occupied, then during the installation and configuration of the application on the device, you will be asked to release one from an unused device immediately during the on-boarding process. So, you just need to start installing the application on your device using the instructions in the above-mentioned guide (basically, though, you just need to open Google Play Store, search for purchased F-Secure application, install it, log-in within installed app with your credentials to your subscription, take or re-use licence and that's it).
