Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. Based on your description, it seems that your trial period has ended, and you’re now unable to activate your subscription due to an error during login. This issue can sometimes happen if:
- There’s a mismatch between the account you used during the trial and the one linked to your subscription.
- Cached data or cookies in the browser/app are preventing proper authentication.
- The subscription hasn’t yet synced correctly with your F-Secure account.
Please try the following steps:
- Sign out of the F-Secure app completely.
- Clear your browser or app cache.
- Log in again using the same email address used for the purchase or activation. If the issue persist, please DM me your email address privately in order for us to check it you.

Many thanks for your assistance.
I followed your instractions, but nothing changed.
I tried the same on Android phone and got another message. Please find attached picture.
If i try to activate accoun as it recomended in the message, it tells me the account activated already. But if i am trying to login, i get message above.
