    Hello,

My subscription seems valid when I log in

I would suggest making sure you log in to the place where the subscription is marked as valid (is it a My F-Secure portal?) with the same account details as those used in the installed app.

So, you can try to Logging out of the app (< online guide to do so) and then re-login in the app with surely 'working' credentials. Or any other way that the application provides in the UI for updating or using another subscription (for example).

I think the unexpected 'expired' state could also be caused by deleting the device in the web portal (like if the device is not assigned to any licence) or some other edge cases that aren't really possible to guess with the information provided. But the solution will be the same as described above (probably).

By the way, your screenshot looks a bit outdated in terms of interface. I haven't checked it yet, but the graphics look more like an older build of F-Secure (and I think the place in the screenshot should not be the 'only' place with such a glitch, not being in line with other up-to-date graphics and feels; so, likely it is older user interface). Is there any possibility that your device is Windows 7 and F-Secure app is still on something like 19.1 version?

    Or maybe Windows 10 32bit?

If so, then, I think this is a common situation where unsupported devices with a valid app installation could continue to function (though they might not receive updates after a certain point), but would not be able to apply a license update, for example, during a renewal. This means that all supported devices (certain Windows 10 64bit, Windows 11+) would receive the latest information. and unsupported ones went into expired state. I think there were some discussions in the Community about this.

So, it remains unclear then: how long has the problem been going on? And have you recently renewed your subscription, for example?

    Thanks!
