Antivirus database not update

Hi,

My Mac (running macOS Big Sur) shows that the antivirus database is out of date. I updated the database manually, and it showed “updated successfully.” However, it still says the database is out of date. I’ve tried rebooting my Mac, but the issue still persists. Could anyone help with this?

    Hi,

    unfortunately, since F-Secure Total version 19.5 (released in March 2024) macOS Big Sur is no longer supported. Your product cannot update the databases because we no longer publish database updates products of that vintage. You need to upgrade to a later version of macOS in order to upgrade our product to a version that supports the latest database updates.
