Hello,
I think subscription code based solutions are probably in discontinued status (What does the code-based [OLD] F-Secure Internet Security and F-Secure Anti-Virus reaching end of sales mean?), so, you will usually have to use the My F-Secure portal (my.f-secure.com)

It is also possible to permanently delete your account (described in the 'how to end or cancel my F-Secure subscription' article).
