Request for Refund – Subscription Canceled but Charged

Dear F-Secure Support,
I hope this email finds you well.
I would like to highlight an issue regarding my subscription. I canceled my subscription for Internet Security, ID Protection, VPN on 28 September 2025 (Reference #474944922: Subscription for F-Secure's products canceled).
However, today I was still charged for the renewal (Re: Reference #516383391: Your subscription of F-Secure's products).
Could you kindly investigate this matter and process a refund for the incorrect charge? I have already received confirmation that my subscription was canceled, so I believe this charge was made in error.
