In case you want to use the 30-day-money-back guarantee and get a refund for the F-Secure product, please contact the F-Secure support and provide the reference number of the order.
If cleverbridge acted as the payment partner (on behalf of F-Secure) on the official website, it might make sense to contact them for a cancellation/refund (since F-Secure support will most likely act in a similar manner). I think that the emails you receive about a charge or purchase should have instructions on the subject.
when i clicked on the subscribe option, it was written that i wont be billed until after my 14 day free trial was over. then you continued to take 69 DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I think that this really did take place earlier as an approach (not counting "writing off money"). But I don't think I've seen such conditions now.
Although I didn't look closely, but for example for F-Secure VPN: there is a Free trial for 5 days - sign up to start with 'no credit card required' and 'the trial does not obligate you to buy the product'
But F-Secure Total says something like 'after 30 days your subscription will renew automatically for one year at -PRICE-' by offering free trial for 30 days with the option to cancel the trial at any time (and the trial does not obligate you to buy the product).
Sometimes I see this remark during checkout, but for some reason it doesn't always appear there for the VPN solution ('Your 30 day trial period will start when completing the order. You will not be charged until the trial period is over. You can cancel your trial at any time in your My F-Secure account'). And I only see it for 30-day trials.
