Device protection
I tried every tip, you gave here,from new installation to uncheck the IP 6 network, but the problem still remains, that the device protection is not working (update fails at 42%),it really makes you question your software choices.
i got another pc,with no problems at all, f secure gets all the updates and work properly.
That one what makes the problem got an AMD Ryzen 9950X3 D,on an Asus B 850i Board.
That one what runs without a problem is an 10700K on a MSI Board.
On the PC with AMD Ryzen 9950X3 D , i receive daily up to 3 Updates for the defender KB2267602, on the pc with the intel 10700k , there are no such updates.
When will be a solution for the problem?

From time to time, when the moon and stars are in the right position, moderators will request fsdiag material about your problematic environment via private message, I would assume so now too... Otherwise, we are waiting for the software update to version 25.8, which is expected to be released at the end of August or beginning of September 2025 and at least most of these glitches will be patched..

Well,you´ll have to wait for the moderator's or admin's request to ask fsdiag file with PM message to investigate the case in more detail,but for some reason the F-secure's english part off the community has been pretty inactive for a long period of time.The other possibility is to contact f-secure support directly to get your issue handled more quickly.
