ID Monitoring

I've added two cell phone numbers and my SSN. For all three items the message I received said there is breach activity and to review it tap Show Me. When I do, nothing happens, the link doesn't open to any breach activity. It does nothing. And I've read that if I remove the numbers and add them again I'll forgo what breach information was found. If there is breach activity, its great that it was found, but I want to review it. I'm open to suggestions.

Where do you see this? I mean, is it the user interface of an application on some platform (like Windows or Android) or is it an email?
When I do, nothing happens, the link doesn't open to any breach activity. It does nothing.
Nothing at all? Or a white screen appears, for example.
If the latter, have you tried to wait for how many minutes in case something tries to load and display?
I'm open to suggestions.
Could you verify that Online Help for ID Monitoring does not contain anything that would help you to see information about breaches.
Or some KB articles like this: [Cyber Help] F-Secure ID Monitoring found a breach, what should I do? (if it is still an actual one with mentions of My F-Secure Portal as an option to look at information about breaches).

Yes, it would always be good to include the platform and software version(s) where the problem occurs in these articles describing the problem. On the other hand, reporting them could also be mandatory. Answers could also be shorter and more precise without long stories. The use of AI in answers should also be favored for their clarity.
F-Secure staff could also allocate more resources to this than what is happening now, response times are often really long...
