Hola,

"Here are some best practices and tools that can help improve your security on mobile devices:

    🔑 Passwords and Authentication

    1. Password manager
      • Excellent way to store and generate strong passwords. Popular options: F-Secure Password vault,Bitwarden, 1Password, NordPass, KeePass (free, open-source).
      • On mobile, most support biometric lock (fingerprint/face ID).
    2. Two-factor authentication (2FA)
      • Always enable when possible (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator).
      • Avoid SMS-based 2FA if you can – app-based or hardware keys (e.g., YubiKey, Feitian) are much more secure.
    3. Biometric protection + device PIN
      • Use at least a 6-digit PIN or a stronger password for device lock.
      • Don’t rely on just a simple 4-digit code.

    🌐 Connections and VPN

    • A VPN is great for public networks, but only connect to trusted WiFi networks.
    • Never use unknown or unencrypted WiFi without a VPN.
    • Consider using mobile data instead of public WiFi when possible.

    📱 Apps and Operating System

    • Keep your OS and apps up to date.
    • Only install apps from official stores (Google Play, App Store).
    • Remove unused apps and regularly review app permissions.

    🔒 Extra Tools

    • Encrypted notes apps (e.g., Standard Notes, Joplin) for storing sensitive backups.
    • Secure folder / hidden storage (Samsung Secure Folder, iOS Hidden + Face ID) for sensitive apps and files.
    • Physical security keys (U2F/FIDO2) – extremely strong extra protection if supported.

    🚨 Behavioral Tips

    • Don’t reuse passwords across different services.
    • Don’t keep passwords in plain-text notes.
    • Watch out for phishing messages – one of the most common mobile attack methods.

    👉 In short:

Password manager + 2FA + strong device security + regular updates + cautious habits = already a very solid setup.''
