    Hi,

I've problems with VPN since the last update. Internet lost, (fatal error) which I can only resolve by restarting the computer. I run the PC on wifi (mesh) , but had the same problem after I connected an ethernet cable to the router.

Running desktop Windows 11 on latest upgrade.

    logfile

internet router, etc. are fine, no internet problem on other devices. When I turn VPN off, I have no problem, tried several countries (servers) with same irregular problem. Running on Hydra, and as mentioned above will try VPN open, but I also see that might cause problems too. The funny thing is that i thought that it was trigerred by data streaming etc. but today i had the same problem after 3 hours with VPN (from Sweden) without any downloading / streaming data on Amsterdam. Running WIFI on mesh with 3 stations through the house.

I see you are working on the errors, thought this extra info could be helpfull.

    Hello @Antonius55 @rolandreuter

Can we check if you are still experiencing the issue?

We recommend following the steps in this article, which addresses similar cases where the internet connection is lost when VPN is turned on: [Windows] Why is there no internet connection on my computer when F-Secure VPN protection is turned ON?

    In particular, please try:

    1. Updating the app and network adapter drivers.
    2. Switching VPN protocol from Hydra to WireGuard.
    3. Checking for other VPN, firewall, or security software that might conflict.
    4. Resetting the Windows network stack.
    5. Temporarily disabling IPv6.

If the issue persists after these steps, kindly let us know so we can investigate further, possible with updated logs while reproducing the problem.

    Thank you.
