    Hello @Epixi, @Harald_NK & @ragnark. Thank you for your messages. We sincerely apologize for the extra inconvenience this issue has caused.

    As mentioned earlier in this thread, there are instructions available for reinstalling F-Secure, which should resolve the problem. I’d like to kindly confirm whether you have already tried this solution. If needed, you will find the uninstallation instructions from this support page.

    Important: Before uninstalling, make sure that the Password Vault is either synchronized to another device or exported to avoid data loss.

    meanwhile i solved the problem, i think the disconnect and log in new solved it for me. Or some patch.

    I have deleted the program and reinstalled it, but the problem remains.

    Now I have used the complete delete program from F-secure (not the Windows solution only) and reinstalled the program. Now this SEEMS to have solved the problem, so far. This problem took me hours to solve. If this problem comes back, I will dfinitely cancel my subscrtiption.
