How to activate my 5 licences?

I bougt that licences, but only can use 1.

What can i do?

I´ve been using F-Secure for years from my service provider NOS comunications( Portugal), and i would like keep using F-Secure.

  I suggest you can contact F-Secure customer service directly

  According your receipt(cleverbridge) you have paid for 5 device license/1 month,customer service can adapt the number of licences at my.f-secure.com if is not correct…

  I think it´s better you contact first directly to NOS(if you bought your original licences from there,the new cleveridge bill is 5 devices licences,1 month )

  AT the NOS they are sure more than happy to solve your licence issue. https://www.nos.pt/en/contacts .

  If all of your device licences(5/1 month) are allready paid,you should be able to install them from my.f-secure.com

  Finally a got my Ref 510078052 licence, but ONLY 3 users, and should be 5.

  What to do????
