Please fix for me - Antivirus database out of date - Subscription valid please

Surely official stuff will try to help you (or you can contact them yourself via the web chat option: https://www.f-secure.com/en/support; without delay).
But in the meantime, can you name the version of your operating system (where it says that AV database is out of date)? For example, it could be Windows. But which version exactly?
You could try this resource as a guide (https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/find-information-about-your-windows-device-a66d52c8-3323-44fd-8f34-a9497bb935e1) to find out this information ('Which version of Windows do I have?' and 'What are my device specifications?' sections are the relevant).
It can be, for example, Windows 7, Windows 11 64bit or Windows 10 32bit.
