Got issues with VPN on iOS 18.5 (iPhone 16 pro)

Hi, the VPN works awesome and smooth on the Mac, yet I face issues on a daily basis with the iOS versions. I get disconnected without a message or pop-up, when trying to switch on the VPN it again jumps from On to Off repeatedly as it can't connect. When keeping on pressing ON on one point it re-connects and all works smooth and fine. Stability on the iPad is better but clearly I need to check on a 2 hour schedule whether I still am connected or not… Any way to solve it or ideas what I could do?

    describes the situation with FS Protection version 25.4.311500 when upgrading to version 25.5.

    I am not sure if this can be applied to your situation, but overall the problem is described slightly similar to what you wrote. Could you try workarounds / solutions described in this knowledge base article?

    couple things you could do..

    Make sure that your Internet connection works normally without F-Secure VPN active..

    Have you tried to reinstall the f-secure 25.5 version to your iOS device ?

    It jumps in and out on various networks (work/home/other places). Now I switched off the 'Keep VPN on when device is idle' and it seems to work perfectly well. I can live with that, just need to be sure my phone and data is still protected?

    It looks quite funny as if a ghost tries to switch on/off the VPN every second when i have the 'Keep VPN on when idle'. I can upload a clip if needed…

    Okey,I Think the admins ask you send more information if they need to investigate the issue in more detail ..My environment is : iOS 18.5(iphone 14) f-secure 25.5.312201 and i haven't noticed same kind of behaviour…

    I just had the issue again even when IDLE was Off. I made a clip and converted it to gif… see how it's flipping forth and back? I'm not touching it - until Second 17, then i'm trying to hit the button and after 4 times hitting it switches back on…

    Yep,It think you should send a log of the incident to F-Secure support,just wait admins to give you the detail info and email where to send it .
