Windows Start menu error forcing to disconnect

Hi !
While I was doing a complete scan of my computer, an error has poped from Windows forcing me to disconnect from my session.
The error is :
The program StartMenuExperienceHost.exe version 10.0.26100.5600 has stopped interacting with Windows and has been closed.
This was accompanied by a popup prompting me to log out, which had the effect of stopping the scan.
Is someone does already had the same problem ?
