Where is the activation code please?

To help you best, could you please share where you purchased your subscription? We're having trouble locating your purchase information or your My F-Secure account based on the Gmail address you used.

For your information, if you purchased your F-Secure subscription directly from us, you won't receive a separate code. Instead, you'll activate your subscription by logging into your My F-Secure account. You can find more details on this process here: Protecting your own devices

However, if you purchased your subscription from a reseller, you should have received an activation code. You can use this code to activate your subscription through your My F-Secure account. This link will guide you through the steps: Renewing your F-Secure subscription with a code
